QN1803 Stainless Steel Sheet
What is QN1803 Stainless Steel Sheet?
QN1803 Stainless Steel Sheet is a newly launched high-strength, nitrogen-containing austenitic stainless steel developed by Tsingshan Group. It is designed to be a superior alternative to traditional 304 stainless steel, offering enhanced performance and cost-efficiency. QN1803 Stainless Steel Sheet provides excellent corrosion resistance, high strength, and superior wear resistance. It is easy to process and weld, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial and architectural applications. The innovative high-nitrogen, low-nickel design reduces alloy costs while maintaining high performance, complying with national standards and the Chinese Steel Association's group standards.
Features of QN1803 Stainless Steel Sheet
1) The pitting equivalent (PREN=Cr+3.3Mo+30N-Mn) is above 19.0 and has at least the same pitting resistance as Inox 304 stainless steel. In the environment of dilute hydrochloric acid, dilute sulfuric acid, acetic acid + salt and other environments, the resistance to uniform corrosion is much better than that of 304 stainless steel;
2) In the actual use state after bending,stamping,hard state and other cold processing and forming, the corrosion resistance is better than 304 stainless steel;
3) The yield strength is 1.3 times or more of Inox 304 stainless steel, and has an elongation of not less than 45%.
Wear resistance and fatigue performance are better than 304 stainless steel;
4)Good welding performance: post-welding strength is higher than 304 stainless steel,corrosion resistance is comparable to 304 stainless steel.
